Winter meals 2

What's winter without lamb!!

I had strange cravings for lamb last week. So I decided to buy some lamb mince from the butcher to make some yummy meals. I had lamb dumplings in mind, but I don't have the time to excecute that. So shepherd pies it will be!

Yummy lamb sauce with soft fluffy potato mash, topped with tasty cheese.
Delicious! Great for the cold wintery night.

Hi Reana, thanks for visiting too! My husband polished up half the pie himself! haha. I can post up recipes if you'd like. =)

Hi Mamarazzi, in Australia, the lamb meat has much milder taste. The lamb meat is of younger sheep (1 yrold), while mutton has deeper and stronger flavour because is of an older sheep (3-4yo). I added in spices which helps compliment the flavour of the lamb. I'll put up recipes soon!

Very tasty lamb pie. Love the taste of lamb and the spices with potatoes.
