Overall, it went well, but it started very chaotic, as the IT personnel from the school did not leave the keys to the rooms, leave relevant equipment which he has promised to do. So it was a mad panic. Glad that God was watching over the whole event, and our saviour was a high school student from the same school, who knew the insides out of the school audio system. And he knew where to get the keys too! Without him, I think everything won't go according to plan. And in the rehearsal, I also realised some parent was plugging their computer into the system to play a PowerPoint. The IT guy did not mentioned anything regarding the using the projector in the event. So it came as a big surprise for us.
Here's our 'home' for the 6-7 hours, sitting behind the sound desk.
Here's the music crew from our church (minus the lady in the middle of the stage).
The set up of the dinning space in the hall.
The finale dance.
The dances involves the whole family.

Hi Kcan, it must be very enjoyable to have a school bush dance and for everyone to join in as well. It must be fun.
What a fun bonding event. PTL everything turned out fine for you and Eric for the audio system.
Yup, I love it how the children and their parents have a fun time dancing. =)
